Just at the same time that I released this first healthy eating project, the State of Maryland is working on its cancer reduction program to lessen the burden of cancer in Maryland residents and Prince George’s County is working on its health improvement program to improve the overall health of its residents. I’m sure you’ve heard the unfavorable news and buzz about Maryland cancer, obesity and chronic disease statistics, if not, click here---> Prince George's County Health Improvement Plan to read the County's plans to change these stats.
